On Monday, I got to visit James's classroom along with some other moms to help the kids make two Valentine's Day crafts. It was great messy fun. I love how happy James is when we go to his classroom.

James's Kindergarten Holiday Party 2016

James had a Holiday party at school, and was so happy to see me visiting there! The kids performed a holiday concert and then the parents did two art projects with them. We got to visit with their teach Mr. J, and the principal, Mrs. G. It was my first time to see the class while the kids were there, since I scheduled my "surprise reader" for Spring.

James's Pre-K Holiday Party 2015

James had a fun Christmas party at school. I love his school, all their events, photos, and crafts. I read one parent write that they are loved like they would be at home- but I have to say this is way more fun and educational than being at home with me. James has three teachers, but even so, being a combinationation reading/math/science teacher, arts and crafts instructor, and event planner has to be a super tough job and they all do it all so amazingly well. Seriously LOVE this school.

James's Pre-K Polar Express Day 2015

On Thursday, James Pre-K hosted a big Polar Express Day at school. All the kids wore their pajamas to class, got "tickets' to ride the train to the North Pole, read the book together, and watched the movie Polar Express together.

NYPL Christmas Party 2009

After our engagement on the steps of the New York Public Library, I have mentioned to Kevin on occasion that I have never actually been inside the NYPL. So Kevin became a member so that he could take me to their Christmas party so that the first time I went in would be special. Isn't he the sweetest husband?
