Father's Day 2018

Happy Father's Day to Kevin- patient and wonderfully fun father and husband. Kevin slept in today, and when he got up, the kids showered him with little kid gifts constructed at school. We spent the afternoon at the beach. When we got back and hosed off, Kevin took a little silent hike alone. Hope he enjoyed the day!

My 39th Birthday in Brookhaven 2018

My birthday fell on Friday this year, so Kevin took me for a sushi lunch. Since we don't currently have a babysitter we just took Miranda with us while James was in school. She refused to eat any sushi though and ordered chocolate cake instead like it was her birthday.

Over the weekend Ash came to visit me. We had some wine Friday night and then we went adventuring on Long Island on Saturday. We had brunch at American Cheese, got coffee at Infuse, went for a walk at Sayville beach park, and visited Ash's great aunt, great uncle, and is great cousin a thing? Then we hit happy hour at Wasabi, picked up more sushi and ice cream cake and went home. Fun day!

Tuesday, Erica, Kyle, and Kacy came to our house and fulfilled James's dream of having Kyle come over to play all his games with him.

Summer Family Fun- July 2017

We had a crazy Monday this week. We went to the beach, took James to an art class at the library, and went to a Long Island Ducks game with Jennifer, Frank, and Dominick.

Cape Cod - June 2017

Thursday we picked up James on his last day of Kindergarten and took the Ferry on our way to visit family on Cape Cod.
