This Bright Darkness Book Launch 2019

Kevin and I went to Sarah McKinstry-Brown's book launch party for This Bright Darkness at the B-Side of the Benson Theatre in Omaha. She read from the collection and then answered questions. After we were able to get a signed copy and talk with the party-goers, a lot of whom either work with Kevin or graduated from the grad program he's directing now. I'm looking forward to reading the collection!

Imaginary Gardens Reading 2018

On Tuesday, Liz Kay and Kevin had a reading at Mr. Toad's. Liz read from her novel, Monsters: A Love Story, and Kevin read from his short story collection. He read one of my favorites, "The Third Prophet of Wyaconda.
