Kevin went to graduate school at the Univerity of Iowa in Iowa City and though I've wanted to go see the city for years, this was my first opportunity to do so. Kevin showed me around his old stomping grounds, though we couldn't go drink at his favorite bars because ... kids.

Wheeling, WV 2018

I hadn't been to West Virginia in years. I think, but am not certain, that I went once for work shortly after I graduated college, but I have no pictures and therefore no proof. Therefore, we stopped in Wheeling on the way to Cincinnati. Wheeling is a pretty little town with a historic district and there were festivals happening the weekend we were there: GrecianFest and possibly also the Italian Festival. We could hear the music everywhere but we didn't stop by the festivals. Next time!

Our next stop was Pittsburgh. I hadn't been in years, and Kevin had never been. I was excited to see my college friend Natalia, and Kevin wanted to check out the baseball stadium so off we went!
