Long Island Friends "See-You-Soons" 2018

The last two weeks we were packing up to move, we spent a lot of quality time with friends.

Sunday, July 1, we spent quality time with Erica, Kyle, and Kasey at her place, and Friday, July 6, they came to our place.

Saturday, July 7, we watched the sunset at the beach with Candance, Darin, and Caris.

Tuesday, July 10, we saw Carrie, Nolan, and Ella at their place.

 

 

We also ran into Erica and Kyle at Splish Splash our last week, and then Erica came by to say goodbye on our last day (closing).

Nick and Emily Visit 2018

Nick and Emily came by to visit before we leave the East Coast. We went to the Port Jefferson Brewery, The Pie, and our favorite Port Jeff Ice cream. We'll see them again soon in New York and on Cape Cod. Love you guys!

Candace and Erica- June 2018

Farewell girls' night with my homies Candace and Erica. I'm going to miss you ladies! The sangrias were our fault. The tequila shots the manager bought us and almost killed us were not our fault, okay? Shout out to Erica's husband (also named Kevin) who drove us there and home!

Since Kevin is finished with the Spring Semester at Stony Brook, we got to go hiking while Miranda was in school on Wednesday.

My 39th Birthday in Brookhaven 2018

My birthday fell on Friday this year, so Kevin took me for a sushi lunch. Since we don't currently have a babysitter we just took Miranda with us while James was in school. She refused to eat any sushi though and ordered chocolate cake instead like it was her birthday.

Over the weekend Ash came to visit me. We had some wine Friday night and then we went adventuring on Long Island on Saturday. We had brunch at American Cheese, got coffee at Infuse, went for a walk at Sayville beach park, and visited Ash's great aunt, great uncle, and is great cousin a thing? Then we hit happy hour at Wasabi, picked up more sushi and ice cream cake and went home. Fun day!
