James's Last Day of 1st Grade 2018

James's last day of first grade was Thursday. He was sad to leave Andrew Muller Primary School (though it only goes through second grade) and all his elementary school friends. But he's pretty excited to be a big second grader next year. His elementary school in Omaha will go from grade K through 5th grade so he won't get to be the big fish in a little school yet, but he will be able to go to the same school as Miranda for a few years.

James's 1st Grade Field Day 2018

On Wednesday, James had his first grade field day. I was so sad seeing all the super sweet kids I've gotten to know over the last two years and thinking that I won't get to see them grow up the same way anymore. I took a million pictures and shared them with their parents. These are just a few of them, mostly of James and some of his friends.

James's White Post Field Trip 2018

White Post Farms Animal Farm and Petting Zoo in Melville NY is a pretty unique petting zoo. They have actual zoo animals! Ms. Gambino's first-grade class went last week.
